The current owners have lovingly maintained its beauty and granduer with modern, yet elegant furnishings in a warm, inviting environment. Spacious and comfortable, Brightholme is an ideal property for your extended family and friends. The outdoor space is lovely too. The front porch harkens back to an era of tea parties and mint juleps on a warm summer day. There is generous patio space too and plenty of outdoor dining tables and seating, as well has lounge chairs. There's a small inner porch, perfect for your morning coffee! The in-town location is excellent too. Walk to all the shops and restaurants! Just 4 blocks to the Village Green and and few more blocks to the harbor. The entrance to the Shore Path, a 2 mile walking path along the ocean's edge, is just a few hundred feet away!
The cottage features 7 bedrooms. There is a queen bedroom on the first floor. The 2nd floor has a king master bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms.
There is a 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor features a full bathroom (with tub) and a bathroom with shower, and a private bathroom with shower off the master bedroom. There is also a new bathroom with shower on this floor.
There is a lovely living room as you enter the cottage on the main floor. There is a nice, modern kitchen and a large formal dining room.There is also a large family room with TV and game/card table!
Amenities include: TVs in every bedroom and family room, A/C units in each bedroom, landline phone, WIFI, stereo and DVD player, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, gas grill, many outdoor tables and chairs as well as a picnic table, and lovely decorative fireplaces throughout the house.
