Green Days is a delightful, rustic cottage located at the entrance to the harbor in Southwest Harbor. Spectacular ocean vistas can be seen from its deck, living/dining room, bedrooms and 2nd floor sitting area! Nestled in cozy woods, the cabin feels like a private oasis! Dining on the spacious deck overlooking the ocean is very special! Families will enjoy the grassy yard, the rocky shoreline and the private dock on the harbor! Guests can bring their yacht, power boat or kayaks! And it's walkable to restaurants, sandwich shops, stores and bike rentals.

The first floor of the cottage features the living room with lovely stone fireplace, dining area, queen bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate tub, updated kitchen and and laundry.

The spectacular deck has plenty of outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table and charcoal BBQ grill.

The second floor features a spacious queen bedroom with a lovely sitting area overlooking the ocean! There is also a bedroom with two double-sized beds and another bedroom with a singe twin bed. There is a bathroom with shower on this floor, as well.

Amenities include private dock (please note that the owner keeps his boat on one side of the dock throughout the season), dishwasher, washer/dryer, WIFI, charcoal BBQ grill, microwave. Click here for more complete list of household items/amenities.

Only available for a limited time each season, it's a wondeful home base for your friends and family—close to the Village of Southwest Harbor, hiking trails and terrific dining options! PLEASE NOTE: the owner leaves his small boat on the dock but does not use it when guests are at the property.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park offer visitors a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, boating, whale watching, canoeing (kayak and canoe tours), lake swimming, carriage road walks, wonderful dining, shopping, deep sea fishing! Visit the Abbe Museum, sail on the Margaret Todd, take a Jackson Lab visitors tour, picnic at Seawall, enjoy tea and popovers at the Jordan Pond House, golf at the Causeway Club, play tennis. Kids activities include a water park, miniature golf, beaches, and lots of ice cream/dairy bars!

Pets are not permitted.

This is a Sunday to Sunday rental.

Prices listed are for up to 6 guests. $150/week per extra guest, up to 7.
