The House on Derby Lane offers comfortable accommodations with a terrific in-town Bar Harbor location! This nice 5 bedroom cottage, in the middle of town, is the perfect place for your family and friends to stay while you enjoy the activities of Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island. Just a 3 minute walk to the Shore Path, a 2 minute walk to the Village Green (summer weekly band concerts are the best!), 2 miles to the Park Loop Road entrance, and convenient to all the shops and restaurants located in-town. The free Island Explorer Bus can also be boarded at the Village Green. The spacious backyard is ideal for a family touch football game or some frisbee throwing. And the quiet neighborhood setting provides a nice getaway when you're looking for relaxation.
The first floor of the House on Derby Lane features a cozy living room (with a decorative fireplace, TV), kitchen and a dining room. There also is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a full bathroom (with tub).
The second floor features two queen bedrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds. This third bedroom features plenty of room for a crib or pack 'n play. There is also a bathroom with shower on the second floor.
Maximum capacity for the house is 10 guests.
In the finished basement is a fun family room, with SMART TV, DVD player, and family board games! There is also a bathroom with shower.
