Hulls Cove Hideaway
Sweet little cottage tucked away on a small residential lane, Hulls Cove Hideaway is just a block from the Hulls Cove Beach, and less than a 1/2 mile to the main entrance to Acadia National Park. Catch the Island Explorer (free) Bus at the end of the lane into downtown Bar Harbor (just a couple miles away). This newly renovated cottage offers comfortable accommodations for your small group with amazing proximity to the best Mount Desert Island has to offer!
Hulls Cove Hideaway features two king bedrooms, one full bathroom, a full kitchen. Amenities include: A/C in bedrooms and great room (heat pumps), dining ware, cookware (including lobster pot!), linens, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, flat screen cable TV, DVD, WIFI (note: there is no landline phone at the cottage, but cell phone service is good there). There is a gas BBQ grill on the back deck where there is also outdoor dining furniture. The backyard is grassy and somewhat private. Parking for 2 cars.
With Acadia National Park right up the road, you’ll want to bring your bikes, hiking shoes, swim trunks and more! Plan to go whale watching, enjoy nature walks, fishing, swimming, fine dining. Mountains, ocean, lakes (Lakewood is just a mile from the cottage), and parks, are all at your fingertips, as well as the fine dining and shopping in downtown Bar Harbor and other villages on the Island.
Note: the owner lives in a small cabin on the property, about 75 feet from the cottage, and shares parking area.
