Oceanview Poolside Condo
Oceanview Poolside Condo is a lovely property located in the village of Hulls Cove, just a couple of miles from downtown Bar Harbor. It is part of Great Haven Townhomes (Unit 1). It features a community pool (shared with other condo residents) and is just across the road from the Hulls Cove Beach, where you can launch a kayak! It’s also less than a 1/2 mile to the main entrance to Acadia National Park! Hail the free Island Explorer Bus (operates late June to mid October) at the end of the driveway into downtown Bar Harbor. Enjoy wonderful ocean vistas from most of the rooms and from the nice sitting balcony. Walk to a few restaurants and the little general store, for lobster dining and morning coffee! A terrific location and home base for your Acadia famly vacation!
You enter Oceanview Poolside Condo from the ground floor (garage is available for use by guests), where stairs take you up to the main living floor. The “great room” features a large kitchen, dining area, living room, futon/sitting “nook” and a half bathroom. There is also the balcony off of the living room.
The upper level (3rd floor) features two queen bedrooms. One has an en suite bathroom (shower/tub combo). There is a also a bedroom with two twin beds, and another bathroom with tub/shower combo. Property sleeps up to 8 guests.
The heated pool is available to guests of the condo from Memorial Day weekend until September 15. There is a nice grassy “side” yard—a good spot for kids to run around! The side yard also has a few chairs and a BBQ grill.
Amenities include THE POOL (!), window A/C units, WIFI, cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, parking for 2 cars (one in garage).
Enjoy beachcombing at the Hulls Cove Beach, taking a dip (might want to bring swimming shoes), and kayaking/paddle boarding. Dine on the water at the Chart Room Restaurant across the street. With Acadia National Park right up the road, you’ll want to bring your bikes, hiking shoes, swim trunks and more! Go whale watching, enjoy nature walks, fishing, swimming, fine dining. Mountains, ocean, lakes (Lakewood is just a mile from the cottage, popular if not too well-known), picnic areas and parks—all at your fingertips, as well as shopping in downtown Bar Harbor and other villages on the Island.

This is a Sunday to Sunday rental for 2026 but a Saturday to Saturday for 2027!
