The Treehouse

The Treehouse is a lovely property, with the feeling that you’re up in a treehouse while enjoying the deck area! Stairs take you up to this one level space, where the outdoor deck is situated around the trees on the hillside. In a residential neighborhood but with a very private feel in the outside deck space, it’s less than a 10 minute walk into downtown Bar Harbor and 3/4 of a mile from the Cadillac Mountain entrance to Acadia National Park. Comfortable accommodations, full amenities and close proximity to everything, including Kebo Golf Course, The Treehouse is a lovely, affordable spot for your family vacation!

There are three bedrooms: 2 queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with a double bed (sleeps a maximum of 6 guests). There are two bathrooms total: one full bathroom, and one with shower only in the master bedroom suite. The Treehouse features a spacious living room with decorative fireplace, dining area, renovated kitchen, office/den/bonus room, and wonderful deck area for BBQing and dining.

Amenities include: A/C in master bedroom, microwave, dishwasher, gas BBQ, TV with ROKU, WIFI, DVD player, washer/dryer, outdoor dining furniture and off street parking for up to two cars. There is no land-line phone but location has good cell phone reception.

From The Treehouse you can easily walk to downtown Bar Harbor for great dining, shopping, kayak tours, whale watching, bike rentals and more! Acadia National Park offer visitors a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, boating, lake swimming, carriage road walks, horse back riding, deep sea fishing! Visit the Abbe Museum, sail on the Margaret Todd, take a Jackson Lab visitor tour, enjoy tea and popovers at the Jordan Pond House. Kids activities include water park, miniature golf, beaches, and lots of ice cream shops!

Dogs are permitted.

Note: there is a small living space in the lower level occupied by a year-round tenant
