At the end of a long private drive, the property is secluded, peaceful and quiet. Walk the woods and fields, canoe in the Pond, enjoy the fresh air, while being just 15 minutes to the center of bustling Bar Harbor, and 13 minutes to an Acadia National Park entrance.
The cozy cottage (and next-door guest house) has a modern, spacious design, and is perfect for up to 6 guests. The first floor of the main cottage features the living area with french doors leading to a screened-in porch, dining area with seating for six, decorative fireplace, kitchen overlooking the pond, half-bath and laundry facilities. The second floor of the main cottage features a loft bedroom with king bed (new starting 2026), private master bedroom with king bed, full bath, and plenty of skylights! The guest cottage features a queen bed, full bath, and kitchenette (with coffee maker, small refrigerator, sink and microwave). In addition to the screened-in porch, there is a sunny wrap-around deck, gas BBQ and outdoor furnishings.
Amenities include ROKU Smart TV, DVD player, WIFI (Starlink), dishwasher, washerdryer, deck furniture, private walking trails, plenty of parking.
The perfect spot for two couples or an extended family to “get away from it all” while still enjoying the convenience and fun of a resort destination.
