Northstar Cottage
An adorable property right in-town Bar Harbor, Northstar Cottage features a lovely deck and yard, and is a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the Sand Bar Beach. It’s also just a mile or less to Acadia National Park’s Loop Road.
Lovingly renovated, the cottage features a nice living room with a Vermont Castings gas fireplace (and a double sleep sofa), gorgeous kitchen, and half bath on the main level (there is also an enclosed porch area— a great place to store bikes). The second floor features a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a full bath (sleeps 4+ child with sleep sofa). And it has a nice deck with BBQ for relaxing and outdoor dining.
It has full amenities including a gas BBQ grill, outdoor furnishings, one TV in living room (SMART TV), DVD player, WIFI, A/C in master bedroom and living room, washer/dryer, microwave (sorry, no dishwasher) and parking for 2 cars. Note: here is no landline phone but cell reception good in-town.
Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park offer visitors lots to do! Hiking, biking, golf, tennis, boating, nature walks, beaching, kayaking, deep sea fishing, whale watching, museums, shopping and, of course, terrific dining choices. It’s a great spot for a family vacation and Northstar Cottage is a lovely home port!
This is a Sunday to Sunday rental.
