Nice apartments right in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor, Atlantic Maine A&B has two units: A is a lovely 4-bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse on the 2nd and 3rd floors; B is a sweet two-bedroom pied-a-terre located on the first floor. Located at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Main Street, you can step out the front door and explore the Bar Harbor shops and restaurants. Walk to the Shore Path, or to the pier for ice cream and boat watching. The Village Green is just a block away! This is the perfect home base for your Acadia vacation!

“A” is the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building and is very spacious! The 2nd floor (or main floor) features a terrific kitchen, a comfortable living room, dining area, and queen bedroom. There is a spacioius bathroom with a claw foot tub and separate shower. There is also a nice balcony overlooking Main Street. The owner provides some wonderful games like chess and cribbage.
The 3rd floor features a king bedroom, two more queen bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. There is also a family room on this floor with a very large flat screen TV.
Amenities for “A” include SMART TV with cable, WIFI internet, AC unit on each floor, washer/dryer, dishwasher, parking for 2 cars, microwave, coffeemaker.
“B”, on the 1st level of the building, features a lovely living room, dining area and gorgeous ktichen! There is a half bathroom off the living room with a washer/dryer. In the rear of the apartment are two queen bedrooms and full bathroom (tub/shower). There is also a rear exit to your off street parking spot.
Amenities for “B” include SMART TV (ROKU), WIFI internet, AC in great room, washer/dryer, parking for 1 car, microwave, coffeemaker.
Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park offer visitors a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, boating, lake swimming, carriage road walks, deep sea fishing! Visit the Abbe Museum, sail on the Margaret Todd, take a Jackson Lab visitors tour, enjoy tea and popovers at the Jordan Pond House, golf at a PGA top-rated course, play tennis. Kids activities include, miniature golf, beaches, and lots of ice cream shops!
