Bar Harbor Getaway

A sweet new property for us (2024), Bar Harbor Getaway is a nice, comfortable cottage a short walk from downtown Bar Harbor! It’s also walkable to Kebo Valley Golf Course and about a mile to the Cadillac entrance to Acadia National Park’s Loop Road! Located on a residential street Bar Harbor Getaway is a great property as your home base, while exploring the walking and hiking trails and visiting the town for shopping, restaurants and taking one of the ocean tours!

There are three bedrooms in this single floor cottage: 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with two twins, and a small single twin room off of the queen bedroom. There is an eat-in-kitchen, living room (with sleep sofa), bathroom with shower. The wonderful front porch is a terrific spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails! There is a small backyard with gas BBQ grill.

Amenities include: A/C in master bedroom and living room, microwave, dishwasher, gas BBQ, cable TV, WIFI, Corn Hole, washer/dryer, outdoor porch furnishings and off street parking for one car (possibly 2).

Easily walk to downtown Bar Harbor for great dining, shopping, kayak tours, whale watching, bike rentals and more! Acadia National Park offer visitors a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, boating, lake swimming, carriage road walks, horse back riding, deep sea fishing! Visit the Abbe Museum, sail on the Margaret Todd, take a Jackson Lab visitor tour, enjoy tea and popovers at the Jordan Pond House. Kids activities include water park, miniature golf, beaches, and lots of ice cream shops!
