The second floor features a full bathroom, 2 king bedrooms, a queen bedroom and the “den/TV” with sleep sofa. The Den/TV room also is a walk-through to the balcony. It’s a lovely, unique way to enjoy your outside surroundings. It is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee and listen to the town church bells, or have an evening drink in the glow of the balcony string lights as the sunsets.

The third floor features a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a super twin (can sleep two smaller children), and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

Amenities include: A/C in every bedroom, washer/dryer, Smart TVs, a full size refrigerator and a commercial chest refrigerator, WiFi, fenced in lawn, and parking for 5 cars. The front porch of “South features foosball. The front porch of “North” features a ping pong table.

Downtown Bar Harbor is at your doorstep. You can also catch the free Island Explorer Bus at the nearby Village Green. Restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and shops are all within walking distance. The main entrance to Acadia National Park is just 4 minutes away. Enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, golf, tennis, boating, nature walks, beaching, deep sea fishing, whale watching, museums, shopping and, of course, terrific dining choices. And don’t forget: the best lobster comes from here!
