Owls Return

About 8 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor is a residential neighborhood hidden away from the hustle and bustle of our busy summer Island. Owls Return is a sweet cottage located in this desireable neighborhood. The cottage enjoys lovely mountain views from the spacious deck and living room! Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck are most enjoyable! Just 5 minutes or so to the main entrance to Acadia National Park’s Loop Road, and close to several dining establishments without having to drive to downtown!

There are three stories of living space at Owls Return. The main/entry level has a single twin bedroom, a queen bedroom, a full bathroom (with laundry), living room area (with propane fireplace), dining area and kitchen. The lovely high vaulted ceilings make for a very airy and open feel to the great room.

The 2nd level features a queen bedroom with bathroom (shower).

The lower level features a spacious king bedroom with en suite full bathroom. This room has outdoor access, too.

Amenities include Level 2 EV charger and 2-car garage, cable TVs (in living room and king bedroom), WIFI, A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas BBQ, linens, parking for 3+ cars, microwave, coffeemaker, and outdoor deck furnishings.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park offer visitors a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, boating, lake swimming, carriage road walks, horseback riding, deep sea fishing! Visit the Abbe Museum, enjoy a whale watch boat ride, take a Jackson Lab visitors tour, enjoy tea and popovers at the Jordan Pond House, golf at a PGA top-rated course, play tennis. Kids activities include water park, miniature golf, beaches, and lots of ice cream shops!

This is a Sunday to Sunday rental.
