Edenview Cottage

The recently renovated Edenview Cottage is a very unique property. Located at the edge of the downtown area of Bar Harbor and high up on a hillside, Edenview Cottage has spectacular views of Frenchman Bay, Bar Island and the Porcupine Islands from its two decks! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail looking out over the village to the ocean! It enjoys relative privacy and a short walk to restaurants, shops and the Village Green. Also enjoy the lovely decor and accommodations!

The living space is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 2nd floor features the kitchen, dining area, sitting area, queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.

On the third floor there is a queen bedroom, bathroom with shower and large family room.

Both front decks have outdoor furnishings and, of course, amazing views! There is also a small back deck too.

Amenities include A/C (heat pumps) in each bedroom, cable TV (in living room and sitting room), DVD, WIFI internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas BBQ, linens, parking for 2 or more cars, microwave, coffeemaker, and outdoor furnishings. The ‘first floor’ is the foundation/basement and is unoccupied.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park offer visitors a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, boating, lake swimming, carriage road walks, horse back riding, deep sea fishing! Visit the Abbe Museum, sail on the Margaret Todd, take a Jackson Lab visitors tour, enjoy tea and popovers at the Jordan Pond House, golf at a PGA top-rated course, play tennis. Kids activities include water park, miniature golf, beaches, and lots of ice cream shops!

This cottage is a Sunday to Sunday rental.

Only ONE dog permitted. Sorry, no cats.
